About Us

Gilbert water is hard, and it shows up as a white crust on your waterline tile. Scrubbing won't take it off. We blast it off and your pool stays full. That matters here more than anywhere. Gilbert water rates have gone up three years straight. Nobody should pay to refill a pool just to clean tile.

Why It Keeps Coming Back

Water evaporates, minerals stay. They bond to the tile and turn into scale. We remove it with MaxxStrip, harder than calcium, softer than tile. Then we seal it so it takes a lot longer to come back. Most companies skip the seal. We don't.

Services

No-Drain Pool Tile Clean & Seal

We remove calcium and hard-water buildup from your waterline tile and Pebble Tec, then seal it to stay cleaner longer. We drop the water a few inches and that's it.

Full Drain Pool Tile Cleaning

When your water is too hard or your TDS or cyanuric acid is too high, we drain the pool, clean and seal the tile while it is empty, and you start over with fresh water. The drain adds $400 to the tile cleaning price.

Pool Chemical Wash

For the toughest cases, a full drain and chemical surface wash for a complete reset. $850 for a play pool or smaller, $950 for a pool and spa. Larger pools are more.

TESTIMONIALS

What Gilbert is saying

"I could not be happier"

Dust Devil Pool Tile Cleaning did an Amazing Job !
We live in the East Valley and are on Well Water. Very Hard with High Mineral Level
The Calcium Line was thick and pronounced and I thought that it wouldn't be able to get it back to the Original Tile.
I could not be happier with the finished job they did.
Showed up at the appointed time and finished in a couple of hours at the price quoted.
A+++

"My pool looks brand new again."

My pool looks brand new again. The father and son duo came and did a great job. Left the tile looking brand new. I would highly recommend this company. I had probably 20 years of calcium buildup. I have scrubbed it time and time again to no avail and they came and made it look easy. We live in Gilbert and they said they will travel all over the valley. Thank you so much for the great work!!!

"The tile looks Great"

The tile looks great. The crew were very professional and cleaned up nicely. Highly recommend. Look at the before and after amazing job. I had spent 30 min on one tile. This was totally worth it. Thank again…..

"...Did a wonderful job..."

Lowell and his son did a wonderful job making our pool look brand new! They were both kind and trustworthy as they showed up on time and immediately began the service (even on an extremely hot day)! We’d recommend them 100%. This was a good value to extend the beauty of our pool and integrity of the pool
tile. Thanks so much!

Frequently Asked Questions

Straight answers about pricing, the process, and what to expect. If you don't see your question, call or text (480) 463-6875.

Question 1: How much does pool tile cleaning cost?

Pricing starts at $8 per linear foot with a $600 minimum. Most pools land between $600 and $2,000. You get an exact price before we start, and the price does not change once we begin.

Question 2: Do you have to drain my pool?

No. We drop the water a few inches and that's it. With Gilbert water rates up three years straight, refilling a pool to clean tile is a bad deal.

Question 3: How long does it take?

Most jobs are done in a few hours. We show up at the scheduled time, do the work the same day, and clean up before we leave.

Question 4: Do you clean pool tile in Gilbert?

Yes. We're in Power Ranch, Morrison Ranch, and Val Vista Lakes all the time.

Question 5: What is the process?

We blast the calcium and hard water scale off your waterline tile using MaxxStrip, a soft, silica free mineral media. MaxxStrip is harder than the calcium but softer than your tile, so the buildup comes off and the tile is not damaged. It is pH neutral and dissolves in water, so it is safe for your pool and your landscaping. The water stays in your pool, the job usually takes a few hours, and we clean up when we are done.

Question 6: Can you clean Pebble Tec?

Yes. We remove calcium and hard water buildup from Pebble Tec and other pebble finishes at the waterline, the same way we treat tile. Different surfaces hold buildup differently, so we adjust our approach to the finish. Calcium comes off, the pebble stays intact.

Question 7: Do you seal the tile after cleaning?

Yes, every time. Sealing comes standard with every cleaning, not as an upsell. The sealer slows down new calcium and scale buildup, so your tile stays looking new longer. Most companies stop at cleaning. We seal with every job.

Question 8: Can I book online without getting an estimate first?

Yes. You can request a free estimate if you want one, or you can skip that and book your appointment directly at dustdeviltile.com/booking-page. Pick your day and you are set. Most companies make you wait for a quote and a callback. We do not.
