By booking a service with Dust Devil Pool Tile Cleaning LLC, you agree to the following terms.

Service Area
We serve Queen Creek, San Tan Valley, Florence, Chandler, Gilbert, Mesa, Gold Canyon, Apache Junction, and the surrounding East Valley, Arizona. If your property falls outside our standard service area, we'll let you know before confirming your appointment.

Pricing
Standard waterline tile cleaning is priced at $8 per linear foot for standard 6-inch waterline tile with standard calcium buildup. Final footage is measured on-site. Your final price is confirmed before any work begins — never billed higher after the job. Pools with heavier buildup, non-standard tile (glass, mosaic, natural stone), or additional features may be priced differently, and we'll confirm that price with you on arrival before starting.

What's Included
These terms cover standard waterline tile cleaning. Drains and acid washes are not part of standard booking and are quoted separately as custom jobs.

Deposits
A $75 deposit is required to reserve your appointment. This deposit applies toward your final service total. Deposits are non-refundable but are transferable to a rescheduled appointment when we receive at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations or reschedule requests made with less than 48 hours' notice, and no-shows, forfeit the deposit.

On-Site Assessment
We reserve the right to assess your pool on arrival. If the job falls outside standard scope, we'll provide an updated price before beginning any work. You may decline at that point, in which case the deposit covers our scheduled trip.

Payment
Final payment is due on the day of service upon completion. We accept payment through the methods provided at booking and on-site.

Property and Existing Conditions
We take care with every pool we service. Dust Devil Pool Tile Cleaning LLC is not responsible for pre-existing damage, loose or failing tile, deteriorated grout, or other conditions present before our service. If we identify a condition that affects our ability to safely perform the work, we'll discuss it with you before proceeding.
