About Us

Chandler pools have been fighting hard water for decades. The white crust on your waterline tile is calcium, and it's been building since the day the pool was filled. We blast it off without draining your pool and seal the tile when we're done. Chandler has a water rate hike on the table for next year too, so keeping your water in the pool just makes sense.

Why It Keeps Coming Back
Every hot day pulls water out of your pool and leaves the minerals behind. They harden into scale that scrubbing can't touch. MaxxStrip takes it off, harder than calcium, softer than tile. Then we seal it, which most companies won't do, and that's why it stays clean longer

Services

No-Drain Clean & Seal

We remove calcium and hard-water buildup from your waterline tile and Pebble Tec, then seal it to stay cleaner longer. We drop the water a few inches and that's it. With Chandler water rates looking at a water rate price increase draining a pool to clean the tile is not cost effective.

Full Drain Cleaning

At your request we can drain the whole pool or when buildup runs deeper, we drain the pool to reach it and bring the tile all the way back.

Chemical Wash

For the toughest cases, a full drain and chemical surface wash for a complete reset.

"...Did a wonderful job..."

Lowell and his son did a wonderful job making our pool look brand new! They were both kind and trustworthy as they showed up on time and immediately began the service (even on an extremely hot day)! We’d recommend them 100%. This was a good value to extend the beauty of our pool and integrity of the pool
tile. Thanks so much!

Frequently Asked Questions

Straight answers about pricing, the process, and what to expect. If you don't see your question, call or text (480) 463-6875.

Question 1: How much does pool tile cleaning cost?

We charge $8 per linear foot with a $600 minimum. Most pools land between $600 and $2,000. You get an exact price before we start, and the price does not change once we begin.

Question 2: Do you have to drain my pool?

No. We lower the water a few inches and clean with the pool full. With Chandler's next water rate increase already proposed, nobody should be paying to refill a pool.

Question 3: How long does it take?

Most jobs are done in a few hours. We show up at the scheduled time, do the work the same day, and clean up before we leave.

Question 4: Do you clean pool tile in Chandler?

Yes. We work in Ocotillo, Fulton Ranch, and Sun Groves regularly

Question 5: What is the process?

We blast the calcium and hard water scale off your waterline tile using MaxxStrip, a soft, silica free mineral media. MaxxStrip is harder than the calcium but softer than your tile, so the buildup comes off and the tile is not damaged. It is pH neutral and dissolves in water, so it is safe for your pool and your landscaping. The water stays in your pool, the job usually takes a few hours, and we clean up when we are done.

Question 6: Can you clean Pebble Tec?

Yes. We remove calcium and hard water buildup from Pebble Tec and other pebble finishes at the waterline, the same way we treat tile. Different surfaces hold buildup differently, so we adjust our approach to the finish. Calcium comes off, the pebble stays intact.

Question 7: Do you seal the tile after cleaning?

Yes, every time. Sealing comes standard with every cleaning, not as an upsell. The sealer slows down new calcium and scale buildup, so your tile stays looking new longer. Most companies stop at cleaning. We seal with every job.

Question 8: Can I book online without getting an estimate first?

Yes. You can request a free estimate if you want one, or you can skip that and book your appointment directly at dustdeviltile.com/booking-page. Pick your day and you are set. Most companies make you wait for a quote and a callback. We do not.
