We're based in San Tan Valley, which makes Queen Creek about as local as it gets for us. Most of our jobs are within fifteen minutes of your driveway. The white calcium line on your waterline tile comes from the same hard water we deal with at our own house, and we take it off with the water still in your pool, then seal the tile so it stays clean longer.

Why It Keeps Coming Back
Hard water plus desert evaporation equals scale, and Queen Creek water is loaded with minerals. Once the buildup bonds to the glaze, no brush is getting it off. We blast it with MaxxStrip, harder than calcium, softer than tile, so the crust comes off and the tile stays perfect. Then we seal it. The calcium always comes back eventually, that's Arizona water, but sealed tile takes it slower and lighter, and a yearly cleaning keeps it from ever getting ahead of you again.

No-Drain Clean & Seal

We remove calcium and hard-water buildup from your waterline tile and Pebble Tec, then seal it to stay cleaner longer. We drop the water a few inches and that's it. We lower the water a few inches and that's it, your pool stays full.

Full Drain Cleaning

At your request we can drain the whole pool or when buildup runs deeper, we drain the pool to reach it and bring the tile all the way back.

Chemical Wash

For the toughest cases, a full drain and chemical surface wash for a complete reset.

Question 1: How much does pool tile cleaning cost?

We charge $8 per linear foot with a $600 minimum. Most pools land between $600 and $2,000. You get an exact price before we start, and the price does not change once we begin.

Question 2: Do you have to drain my pool?

No. We drop the water a few inches and clean with the pool full. Draining and refilling a pool in this heat makes no sense when the tile can be cleaned without it.

Question 3: How long does it take?

Most jobs are done in a few hours. We show up at the scheduled time, do the work the same day, and clean up before we leave.

Question 4: Do you clean pool tile in Mesa?

Yes, Queen Creek is home base for us. We're based in San Tan Valley and work Cortina, Harvest, Encanterra, and everything in between weekly.

Question 5: What is the process?

We blast the calcium and hard water scale off your waterline tile using MaxxStrip, a soft, silica free mineral media. MaxxStrip is harder than the calcium but softer than your tile, so the buildup comes off and the tile is not damaged. It is pH neutral and dissolves in water, so it is safe for your pool and your landscaping. The water stays in your pool, the job usually takes a few hours, and we clean up when we are done.

Question 6: Can you clean Pebble Tec?

Yes. We remove calcium and hard water buildup from Pebble Tec and other pebble finishes at the waterline, the same way we treat tile. Different surfaces hold buildup differently, so we adjust our approach to the finish. Calcium comes off, the pebble stays intact.

Question 7: Do you seal the tile after cleaning?

Yes, every time. Sealing comes standard with every cleaning, not as an upsell. The sealer slows down new calcium and scale buildup, so your tile stays looking new longer. Most companies stop at cleaning. We seal with every job.
